Ali is one of the Founding Managing Partners of Finclusive Ventures covering the LA region and leading investment relations and also works for Issuance, a leading investment platform for Reg A+ Offerings. Ali began her career at her family office in Chicago, where she raised over 50M in real estate investments. Simultaneously, she started a management agency representing internationally known artists and working with well-known brands such as Diesel, Scion, and Ferrari along with companies such as Live Nation and AEG.

Ali later joined a number of tech startups for her sales and partnership expertise, including leading a LA-based startup as their CRO. Following the success of her work, Ali is now combining her investment, business development and startup operating experience to help underestimated founders thrive.

Ali graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Sociology.

Kelly Lei is one of the Founding General Partners of Finclusive Ventures and the Founder of Glocal Network, initially investing in REI and later expanding to venture investing and advising. She was most recently an investor for Backstage Capital. Her current investment interests include FinTech, ClimateTech and the Future of Work. As the former Head of Operations of Delivering Happiness and the creator of its podcast, Kelly is a thought leader in the Future of Work Culture.

With a BS in computer engineering and MS engineering management in the University of Florida, Kelly had a prolific career in STEM as an engineer, a program manager, and a sustainability lead at Raytheon, and was a competitive Math coach in Doral Academy. Kelly was awarded an Inventor and Author award, Operational Excellence Awards and the Green Business Challenge Platinum award. Born in Macau, Kelly immigrated to Miami at the age of 12 and moved over 10 times for her career. Kelly is leveraging her life, work and investing experience to create diversity and equity in the startup ecosystem amongst founders as well as investors and LPs.

 
 

Venture Partner & Content Manager, New York City

Stella is a journalist and a brand builder. She led Content Strategy at a Techstars-backed startup in Chicago, where she became involved in the entrepreneurship and VC space. She is particularly interested in learning about Edtech and Climate Tech, and enjoys interviewing founders, investors, and professionals across industries. Stella holds a BS in International Affairs from Georgetown University and a MS in Journalism from Columbia University.
